Start with LVDD and DMEX first

Dispenser powers up but will not pump

  1. Identify the dispenser number.
  2. Check the DMEX module for that dispenser.
  3. Confirm hook signal is changing.
  4. Check E-stop chain and reset state.
  5. Check pump contactor output and breaker feed.

Likely starting point: DMEX module.

Card reader / data / video problem

  1. Identify the dispenser number.
  2. Find the LVDD module for that dispenser.
  3. Identify the LVDD motherboard group.
  4. Check LVDD input / output low-voltage path.
  5. Inspect ribbon cable / relayboard connections.

Likely starting point: LVDD module.

All dispensers down

Check site-wide shutdown chain first: emergency stops, reset logic, tank monitor shutdown, and the main control power feeding dispenser controls.

E-Stop Assembly Help
