Dispenser powers up but will not pump
- Identify the dispenser number.
- Check the DMEX module for that dispenser.
- Confirm hook signal is changing.
- Check E-stop chain and reset state.
- Check pump contactor output and breaker feed.

Card reader / data / video problem
- Identify the dispenser number.
- Find the LVDD module for that dispenser.
- Identify the LVDD motherboard group.
- Check LVDD input / output low-voltage path.
- Inspect ribbon cable / relayboard connections.

Check site-wide shutdown chain first: emergency stops, reset logic, tank monitor shutdown, and the main control power feeding dispenser controls.
