Support philosophy
Every dispenser uses one DMEX module for 120V control and one LVDD module for low-voltage disconnect. Service calls should start at the dispenser pair first, then move outward to pumps, E-stop chain, tank monitor, and field wiring.

Technician quick links
Large systems simply repeat the same control pair across more dispensers. The support approach does not change.
DMEX
120V dispenser enable, hook signal, E-stop chain, reset logic, and pump request output.
LVDD
Low-voltage disconnect for dispenser data, card reader, video, intercom, and communications.
Power walls
Custom integrated power walls may scale to very high dispenser counts while still repeating the same DMEX + LVDD structure.
Basis of design
This support portal uses the six-dispenser DCM architecture as the baseline control concept. The same principles apply to 12-dispenser systems and large custom power walls: one DMEX per dispenser, one LVDD per dispenser, and one LVDD motherboard per four LVDD modules.
